Peningkatan Pendapatan Ibu Rumah Tangga Melalui Pelatihan Kuliner Khas Masakan Ayam Geprek Indonesia di Kampung Warna-Warni Kuala Perlis

This community service program aimed to increase the income of housewives in Kampung Warna-Warni Kuala Perlis, Malaysia, through training in Indonesian “Ayam Geprek” culinary preparation, business management, and digital marketing. The program involved 20 participants with limited entrepreneurial skills prior to the intervention. The training employed demonstration, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring methods. Results showed an increase in cooking skills from 40% to 90%, cost recording from 10% to 80%, and digital marketing from 15% to 85%. Participant satisfaction reached 95%, reflecting the program’s effectiveness. Limitations include a small participant group and short post-training mentoring duration. This initiative has the potential to be replicated in similar communities to promote local economic empowerment.
